Simply developing a site and putting it on the web is not enough. Sure, you built the site, but how can you get people to see it?

1. You site's name (URL) has to appear in every material. That means, business cards, letterheads, brochures, signs, promotional giveaways and thank you cards.
2. Promote your new site! Postcards are an inexpensive way of sending out your message and get people's curiosity to go visit your site.
3. Submit your site to the Search Engines. Try submitting your site every 3-4 month so search engines won't "forget" about you
4. E-mail all your friends, colleagues, customers and vendors. Tell them about the site and what to expect in the future.
5. Use contests to attract viewers
6. Start your own chat room
7. Maintain an e-mail list to send updates
